SoftOne Oy, a wholly owned subsidiary of SoftOne Group, announces a strategic move to strengthen its position in the Finnish Workforce Management (WFM) market. On January 2, 2024, the company acquired the entire share capital of Solotes Finland Oy.

Solotes Finland Oy is a development company specializing in WFM solutions with a broad customer base primarily in the service and retail sectors, including McDonald’s, K-Citymarket, St1- and Shell-stations. All personnel at Solotes Finland Oy, comprising WFM experts and developers, will now join the ranks of SoftOne Oy.
