The award winner in the Digital Journey of the Year category is STC Training Club
The justification reads:
STC Training Club has been named winner of the Digital Journey of the Year for its pragmatic digitization work. STC Training Club started with Time, Staffing and Salary in 2018 and has since then vigorously grown the business and incorporated acquired businesses. With a great understanding of the challenges and benefits of digitization, STC Training Club has worked result-oriented and in close collaboration with SoftOne to develop and adapt processes and system support. These have been developed successively with, among other things, the introduction of financial structure, auto-generation of employment contracts and more in order to continue scaling up the business.
